Bill Kukla

Bill began his Real Estate career in 1998 after completing required discipline coursework at Collin College and passing the State of Texas examination for licensure.  He was recognized as the Collin County Rookie of the Year during his first full year in real estate.  Bill has held a Broker’s License since 2006 and holds various advanced real estate designations including ABR, CRS, GRI, SFR and SRES. Bill has completed 11 real estate courses at Collin College and is currently finishing all requirements for an AAS Degree in Real Estate from Collin. He has been a member of the Associate Faculty at Collin College since the spring of 2001. He is also certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a licensed instructor for state wide courses required for Licensure in real estate and for required mandatory continuing education.  

Bill is currently the Broker/Owner of BILL KUKLA REALTY, BKR Realty and BKR Commercial and is a member of the Independent Broker Network at the Collin County Association of Realtors.  Bill is involved with the Association and serves on both the Professional Standards Committee and Professional Education Committee at the Texas Association of Realtors.

Bill holds a Masters degree in Chemistry, was a doctoral candidate and is the named inventor on a number of U.S. Patents He has a strong commitment to the fight against child abuse and recently finished two terms on the Board of Directors of the Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center. He is currently on the Advisory Council for CCCAC and performs ministry work with his wife at area senior centers.
