What is the DREMARA tool? It is a Bill Kukla Realty (BKR) tool developed by the team at BKR to ensure that YOU the client receives the specialized service you deserve – whether selling or buying a home – or both – and it is all about inspired ideas. The BKR team founded the tool based on the combination of the art and science of marketing and advertising. Both are important in order to properly list and sell your home and/or to find the right home for you.
The DREMARA Tool involves an initial 16 question survey sent to you once you are interested in working with Bill Kukla Realty. The survey is kept confidential and is unique to each client. It gets you the client to think about what is important to you in buying and/or selling your home, what makes you and/or your home unique in your opinion, your goals (financial, timing, etc), to just begin with. Once you answer the questions, BKR gets in touch with you to share a customized initial marketing plan to include everything from the marketing platforms that will be utilized, initial marketing copy/piece promotion, how we envision your open house, to how we see our communication moving forward to meet your individual goals.
